The first light
Albor is the Spanish word for the brightness that appears before the sun. Not midday, not the rush: the instant when everything is still to be decided.
That moment also exists in the mountains. In Marsella, Risaralda, the mist lifts slowly over the coffee fields, and picking begins when there is barely enough light to tell a ripe cherry from a green one.
We are a three-generation coffee-growing family in the heart of Colombia's Coffee Cultural Landscape. ALBOR brings that standard to your cup: we choose coffees from allied roasters, starting with Don Pablo Coffee, and every bag keeps its own brand and origin, with a name behind it.
